Civil Law constitutes the central axis of private juridical relations for natural persons as well as for juristic persons in their relations with each other. Civil Law regulates an essential part of the rights and obligations of individuals in their private life as much as in their business and company activities.
However, it is the individual who sees his or her private rights and interests more deeply regulated by civil law. Relationships with neighbors, family ties, nationality, legal residence, the right to own a piece of property or liability for damages, are examples of the issues regulated by this branch of the law
