The Condominium system of ownership -or ownership of flats, apartments, Real Estate developments, etc.- with its own specific regulations is the source and origin of many neighbor's disputes. Unpaid community fees, disagreements regarding the use and enjoyment of communal areas, works and improvements and a number of other problems are often the origin of conflicts within the community of owners.

Regarding this subject, we always try, if possible, to look for solutions approved by the whole community. That way we avoid personal conflicts among those who live in the same building or residential development.

If an agreement is not possible, our laws provide effective defense mechanisms for defending the community from abusive owners as well as for protecting certain owners from improper treatment by other members of the community.
